The wineyard
Around the Palazzo de Zinis there is the Tenuta Agricola. The vineyard area produces grapes typical of the classic garda, all doc, which give wonderful wines as well as the precious extra virgin olive oil, the real flower of this happy, generous and fruitful land, where the family Redaelli De Zinis operates since 1623.

Among the labels there are young wines as the Garda Classico (Riesling), the Chardonnay or the Garda Classico Rosso and the Chiaretto (Rosé).
For lovers of mature wines there are Garda Classico Bianco "Poggio Belvedere" (Riesling), Groppello Garda Classico "Cru Mocasina" or Garda Classico Groppello "Poggio dei Sassi" (Reserva) and Garda Superiore "Rosso Emozioni". And for lovers of the wine territory we recommend trying the two Valtènesi Doc "Valtènesi Rosso" and "Valtènesi Chiaretto". The winery offers also dessert and sparkling wines like the Rosè-brut, grappa and distillates, as well as the excellent extra virgin olive oil, really a product of the highest quality and very healthy. 

Organic winemaking
Redaelli De Zinis has been producing organic wines since 2018, for those who love to combine quality with wholesomeness. 

Gastronomic products "Ronchi del Garda"
In the large building where the cellars are located, there is also a small artisan company: L'Agricola "Ronchi del Garda", which was born from a happy intuition of Alessandro and his wife Isa, passionate and enthusiastic researchers of the many good things that gastronomic Italy can boast in the rich firmament of the food world. This is a series of sweet and savoury food and wine products sold directly in the cellar`s show room at favourable prices, not available in the large-scale retail trade.

The Enoturismo "Valchiese"
In a wing of Palazzo Redaelli de Zinis there is a small agritourism restaurant and a show-room which is also open on holidays for tasting and selling. The structure is a meeting point where you can organize dinners in groups, simple tastings or techniques guided by a sommelier, parties in a micizia and with authentic flavors. The guest can enjoy the relaxing welcome of the agricultural world that is proposed with simplicity and courtesy. You must book at least 24 hours before the arrival of the guests.

"Borgo alla Quercia" Restaurant and Congress Center
The "Borgo alla Quercia" restaurant is located in a large green part of the winery, decorated with flowers, and is the ideal place to celebrate weddings, family celebrations and major business and sporting events. Here you can enjoy the extraordinary dishes of Italian cuisine and Lake Garda in a charming setting.
In the colourful gardens of Palazzo De Zinis, favoured by the temperate climate of the lake, unforgettable wedding banquets are held, where wines, sparkling wines and dessert wines from the historic Cantina Redaelli de Zinis are tasted. All accompanied by beautiful melodies that invite you to dance and celebrate.
For accommodation, "Borgo alla Quercia" has established interesting partnerships with beautiful hotels in Desenzano, Sirmione, Salò and Gardone Riviera that offer special rates.

Events and Tastings
It is possible to organize (for groups of at least 25 persons) cooking classes and gala dinners with music and dancing in the wonderful garden of the restaurant Borgo alla Quercia. In addition: Tastings of sparkling wines and olive oil, snacks with local dishes, lunches and dinners with lake Garda cuisine (only with reservation, at least 24 hours in advance).
