How to reach Lake Garda

It does not matter whether you travel by car, train or plane - Lake Garda can easily be reached by all means of transport. The important motorways of northern Italy run parallel to Lake Garda and lead to Verona, Milan and Venice. To travel round Lake Garda you can use public buses which cover the whole region. Almost al  towns on Lake Garda can also be reached via boat or ferry.

    The international airport Valerio Catullo in Verona-Villafranca is situated approx. 15 km from lake Garda. The airport Orio al Serio in Bergamo is about 80 kilometers away and offers a vast selection of low cost flights. more
